How do I make a purchase?
Select the product, color, and size you want.
Once you're in the checkout, you’ll need to proceed with payment. Before that, the system will ask you to enter your personal details to complete the purchase.
Choose the delivery address for your purchase. It is very important that this information is correct and accurate (street, number, floor, city, postal code).
Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order if the product is in stock, or on the published date if it is a preorder. Orders are shipped twice a week, so the dispatch date will depend on that.

Where can I receive the product?
When will I receive my order?
BY MAIL: Delivery time depends on the destination. Generally, the delay is between 2 to 10 business days after payment is processed. Shipments are made once a week and not always the day after the order is placed. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays. Home delivery is made on weekdays between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. The person receiving the order must be over 18 years old and present an ID. Pickup at the branch can be done by the buyer or an authorized person with their ID and a letter of authorization.
What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?
The mail/courier service makes two delivery attempts to your address. If delivery is not completed on the second attempt, they will leave a notice with contact details of the branch where your order is held, so you can get in touch and arrange a pickup. In this case, you have 5 business days to pick up your order. Otherwise, the order will be returned to our workshop, and shipping costs will need to be paid again by the customer.
Can I track my shipment?
Once the purchase is complete and the shipment has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification, and you can track the status of your shipment through this website under "My Order."

PRICES
All prices are in AR$ (Argentine Pesos) for purchases with shipping within Argentina. By entering your postal code, you can see shipping options with estimated prices and times. For purchases outside Argentina, the payment will be redirected to PayPal.
EXCHANGES
All shoes can be exchanged if unused and in the same condition as received. Exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of receiving the order, for any model that is in stock. For exchanges by mail or courier, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the delivery cost of the new product. For this reason, if you have any doubts about the size, please contact us before making the purchase or check the available size chart for each product.
RETURNS
If you wish to return the product, you can do so within 10 calendar days of receiving it. If, before returning, you decide to exchange the product, it cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for products purchased online, and they must be in the same condition as when they arrived. To return a product, send us an email at [email protected] with the purchase information. Please note that the refund may take several days to appear on your card, and if you paid with a credit card, it generally appears in your next billing cycle.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide via FedEx with tracking number. For purchases outside of Argentina, the website will redirect the payment to PayPal at the end of the checkout.
